Anyone who is a regular reader of my blog knows I simply ADORE the colour green. And I love jewellery - what female doesn't?! So when I was flicking through some photos from this years' red carpet at Cannes, I spotted Sharon Stone's stunning necklace. I wanted to post just to share it with you...

The colder weather has hit which means winter woolies, open fires, hot chocolates ansd comfort food. I love this time of year. The leaves have changed colour and falling to the ground, we can pop on our gumboots and jump in puddles and we can relish in the fact we can eat beautiful comfort food. Pies, soups, stews, casseroles and tarts. I will post some recipes as I make them. Keep warm everybody!

I know she's had her troubles in the past, but I have always been a huge fan of Kate Moss. Her style is fabulous! Below are just some of my favourite Moss looks...

I remember seeing this dress in HELLO! magazine and I loved it

Last week, we had a visitor come to stay at the farm from Melbourne. Penny has visited many times before and I always try to cook lovely home-made meals to make her, or any other visitor, feel right at home. This time, I scanned my cookbooks for the perfect comfort food to have on a cold autumn night. I have blogged many times before about Katie Quinn Davies and her gorgeous cookbook. This slow-roasted lamb below is an absolute winner. The flavours were divine and together with the slow roasted vegetables, it was a big hit in our household! And easy to prepare...

I'm going to Put it out there - I'm not a fan of pre made cakes. Slices, cakes, cookies and so on should all be made from scratch using fresh ingredients. Well, this is what I thought until recently, anyway! I was asked to make something sweet for the family recently. The number of people doubled, then doubled again until I was catering for 15 people! Absolutely not a problem until I realised I had left it to the last minute. That's where Donns Hay Chocolate Chunk Brownies cAme into play. All I can say is, WOW! If you want proof, head to your local supermarket and buy a packet. So easy to make and SOOOOOOOOO DELICIOUS!

I have been working on so many great projects of late, but unfortunately, I can't share them with you just yet! New fashion for the Holiday brand, hair competitions with Katina Sims from Giannis. All of which cannot be published until a later date. So.....

Rob, Darcy and myself recently travelled to the Red Center. We hadn't travelled there before and all I can say is, what a wonderful adventure. It made me realise how truly amazing and diverse our country is. Uluru, Kings Canyon. It was just amazing. We travelled there and met up with our backpacker friends and enjoyed a rather action packed 5 days together. The highlight was Uluru. I always knew the rock would be big, but it was 3 times bigger than I thought it was going to be. And the light was surreal. Sunrises and sunsets took your breath away. We also did a huge hike up around Kings Canyon. If tyou haven't been, I would highly recommend it. Such a unique holiday experience...
