Yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure of working at Hollick Wines of the Coonawarra. Photographing food is one of my passions, so to be photographing for the 2011 Calendar put out by Hollick was fantastic. The dishes were superb due to the talent of chef, Tim Foster. Thank you to Tim Lowe also for his help and assistance. And a HUGE thank you to Sophie McLachlan for her styling. I have worked with Sophie quite a few times now and it's always a relaxed atmosphere which I think helps bring out the best shots. Thank you Soph!
