My menu for Christmas Day
A few people have asked me what I am having for lunch for Christmas Day. I am hosting this year and I'm so looking forward to it! Gone are the days of the traditional roast turkey and ham. These days, people are getting a little more adventurous, however, the roasts are still a favourite. I am cooking a delicious (well, I'm sure it wil be) Donna Hay Pork. Roast vegetables will accompany as well as a beautiful crisp, green salad. Yummo! Then, it will all be about the afternoon nap at about 4 o 'clock!

Thankyou Jo, I have promised Pork this year and have purchased a loin which I had absolutely no idea how I was going to cook. Problem solved. Merry Xmas.
