I have a confession.  I have a rather large addiction.  An addiction to lifestyle magazines!  Each month, I look forward to flicking through the pages of various publications to read about delicious recipes, beautiful holiday spots and getaways and ogling at the photographs.  Each week, I will be posting my favourite photograph from one of these publications.  The first is from Gourmet Traveller Magazine.  A delicious Brown Sugar Sponge Cake with Caramel Pears.  Technically, it's brilliant and the stylist has added props that suit the decor of the photograph.  The contrasting colours work well, as orange and blue are almost complete oppsites in the colour wheel.  And the syrupy topping makes you want to reach onto the page and dip your finger in!  A beautiful image...
